What is it? A chemical peel uses glycolic, lactic, salicylic acid, or a combination. Glycolic acid targets fine lines, lactic treats aging or sun spots; salicylic acid treats acne or oily skin. All peels are similar to microdermabrasion.
How does it work? A solution is brushed onto the face, where it sits for up to 15 minutes before being washed off.
How often can you get one done? 1-2 months apart.
